About Fred Fresard

Fred Fresard is an accomplished trial lawyer who represents some of America's largest companies in complex, high volume and pattern litigation. Over the last 20 years, Fred has managed litigation from coast-to-coast.  He has tried dozens of cases in venues across the nation, against some of the country's top trial attorneys.  For most of his career, Fred has handled many of these complicated matters under alternative billing arrangements. In order to make these alternative fee structures a success for him and his clients, Fred has developed innovative methods to reduce costs and increase efficiency at every stage of litigation.  As a result, Fred has earned a reputation as not only a highly effective litigator, but one who helps his clients reduce and control their legal costs.

Fred publishes this blog to share his experience and know-how with other litigation management professionals, and to learn from them how they control their litigation costs. This is Fred’s blog, where he can engage in informal idea exchanges with people interested in handling complex litigation while keeping an eye on what it’s costing the client.  Although Fred is a partner at the law firm Bowman and Brooke LLP, Fred’s statements and opinions on this website are his own, are not reviewed or approved by anyone at Bowman and Brooke LLP, and are Fred's sole responsibility.  Nothing on this site is intended to constitute legal advice, and you should not construe anything you read on this site as legal advice.
